2007: The Year in Review

Nobody has asked, and maybe nobody really cares, but I decided to do a recap of this past year. For those that care, 2007 was an “interesting” time, full of a lot of transition and uncertainty. I won’t go so far as to say 2007 sucked, but I’m in no hurry to go through most of what I went through again.

Here is the brief version.

I made a movie—the short film BLACK SANTA’S REVENGE—that you can now purchase on DVD. I left my job after seven years. I was a volunteer counselor at a summer camp for kids with muscular dystrophy. I got really sick, and had to have a ton of tests to determine if I had colon cancer (it turns out it was something I ate). I got a terrible job at the post office. I fell for a woman…but it didn’t work out.

Now, I’m going into the New Year unemployed, single, and with no prospects to speak of. But the funny thing is that I feel good about everything.
